Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping carrier selected.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier but generally range between 3–7 business days within the United States once the order has been shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already been shipped, we may not be able to intercept or reroute the shipment.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and products so we can review the situation and assist you with a resolution.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may have different processing and shipping timelines depending on order size and product availability. Approved wholesale customers will receive additional information regarding wholesale shipping terms when placing orders.
